ABCD Functional Nutrition is a framework to thoroughly evaluate how your current nutritional state contributes to chronic dis-ease. This encounter occurs after the Free Discovery Visit, Initial Functional Medicine Evaluation, completed stool analysis and resulted labs/nutritional biomarkers. WE continue to dig in, modifying the initial nutritional plan in order to replace and begin to re-inoculate/balance the gut microbiome. Supplements, vitamins and herbals are prescribed through Fullscript (FDA approved professional grade supplement dispensary). Costs includes access to the clinic's HIPPA compliant portal; messaging with the provider; discounted professional grade supplements through a FDA approved facility called Fullscript. HSA/FSA cards accepted. Superbills provided after services rendered upon request.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice. No show visits subject to charge. If no show for comprehensive initial evaluation, deposit subject to no refund.
