Service Description
Follow up visits at 1 to 4 months are necessary to address surfacing symptoms as you heal and continue to rebalance/restore the gut microbiome as we modify your personalized nutritional plan. Clients' health needs can vary, but most clients can achieve health goals in 3-4 visits over 6-8 months. Cost includes access to my HIPAA compliant portal; messaging with the provider; discounted professional grade supplements through a FDA approved facility called Fullscript. HSA/FSA cards accepted Superbill provided after services rendered
Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice. No show visits subject to charge. If no show for comprehensive initial evaluation, deposit subject to no refund.
